When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed by 1:00 pm (MST), Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends will ship the following business day.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping from our warehouse in Denver, CO. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days anywhere in the United States. Expedited shipping options are also available during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Reach out to our team as soon as possible with your order details and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

How do I modify or cancel my subscription?

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 90-day return and exchange window. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll walk you through the process. First-time purchases are also covered by the Fitties Satisfaction Guarantee. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.
