First-Time Product Trial

Trying a Fitties product for the first time and feeling underwhelmed? No stress. We offer a one-time refund for a first-time purchase of any individual product.

For opened or used products in this category, you can keep the product. We will issue a refund without requiring a return.

Return & Refund Window

You have 90 days from your purchase date to decide if a product is right for you. That is three months to put it to real use and evaluate results. If you are still unsure after that point, it is probably not the right fit.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Valid only for purchases made directly from fitties.com.
  • Applies to the original purchaser only.
  • One refund per product type for first-time use.
  • Both opened and unopened products may be eligible within 90 days.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if patterns suggest misuse, abuse, reselling, or repeated refund claims.

Multiple Products, Stacks, and Larger Orders

If you ordered multiple products or bundles and want a refund for more than one item, we may request the unused portion(s) back before processing. This helps us assess the situation and keep the guarantee available for real customers, not opportunists.

If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label. You will not pay shipping to send anything back to us.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Requests made after 90 days from purchase.
  • Products purchased from retailers or third-party marketplaces (contact them directly).
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Orders with excessive return/refund history or suspected misuse.

How Refunds Work

For first-time single-product refunds, we typically will not ask you to return the product.

For multiple products, unopened items, or special situations, we may request a return. If that happens, we will send a prepaid return label and instructions.

Step 3: Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post refunds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on payment provider processing times.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are covered by the same satisfaction guarantee. You may modify, skip, or cancel upcoming shipments in your account portal before your renewal date.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it quickly.

  • Missing item: Send your order number and item details.
