Nobody likes waiting. Neither do we. Here is exactly how we get your Fitties order from our shelves to your hands — fast, free, and without the usual shipping drama.

Shipping & Delivery Options

Same-Day Shipping

Place your order before 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and we’ll ship it out the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or over weekends or holidays, ship the next business day. We move quickly, but teleportation is still in beta testing.

Where Your Order Ships From

All orders ship from our Orlando, Florida warehouse. From there, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days once they’re in transit. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier volume, or weather.

Shipping Costs

Free, always. No minimums. No surprise fees. No “gotcha” totals at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking details to update, so do not panic if you see “label created” for a bit — your order is moving.

Subscription Fulfillment

Your subscription runs like clockwork. Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered automatically every 30 days (unless you change your schedule in your account portal). Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days.

If the shipping world melts down (looking at you, global supply chain chaos), deliveries may take longer than expected — but your Fitties will still be on the way.

International Shipping

We love the world, but for now we only ship within the United States. Think of Fitties as an exclusive club: velvet rope, no passports required.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives looking like it went five rounds with a delivery truck, contact us and we will make it right.

For the fastest resolution, please include your order number and any relevant photos.
