Shipping policy

Fast shipping is the minimum. Here is exactly how we do it.

Same-Day Shipping

Order before 1:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, and it ships the same day. After the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, it ships the next business day.

Where Your Order Ships From

Every order ships from our Denver, CO warehouse. Most US orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days once in transit. Carriers, weather, and peak seasons can add a day or two. We don't control those. We do control how fast it leaves our hands.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, a flat $5.95. That is the whole rule. The shipping line shows in your cart before you pay. No surprises at checkout.

You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to update, so "label created" for a day means it is moving, not stuck.

Subscription Fulfillment

Subscription orders process within 1 business day and ship on the schedule you choose: every 30, 60, or 90 days. Change the frequency anytime in your account. The same shipping rule applies: $75 and up ships free, under $75 is $5.95. Two tubs of protein or any stack clears it.

International Shipping

United States only, for now. We would rather do one country right than ten countries badly.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your package is late, missing, or arrives beaten up, contact us and we will make it right. Include your order number and photos if you have them.
