How to Use FitBoost+
Once a day, one scoop per serving. On training days, about 30 minutes before your workout. On rest days, in the morning on an empty stomach. Contains 95mg of caffeine per serving. Don’t combine with other stimulants, use caution with a heart rhythm condition, and check with your doctor first if you take blood thinners or other medication.
Pro Tip: On an empty stomach, the caffeine and Peak ATP tend to hit faster, useful right before a session.
